This policy describes how personal information is handled by the private, self-hosted notification system operated at nuancloud.com. This is a personal, non-commercial system operated by an individual for her own use.
This system has a single user: the individual who operates it. It is not a product, service, or application offered to the public. No accounts can be created, and no third party can sign up to receive messages.
No information is collected from any other person.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver messages to the operator's own device. They are not sold, rented, leased, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose.
All data is stored on hardware owned and controlled by the operator. Message delivery is carried out through Twilio, a licensed telecommunications provider, acting solely as a transport carrier.
Approximately 1–10 messages per day. Frequency varies and is controlled entirely by the operator.
Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or from a mobile device.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Messages can also be stopped by removing the number from the system configuration.
Message history is retained on the operator's own server for her personal reference and may be deleted by her at any time.
This system is not directed to anyone under 18 and no information is knowingly collected from minors.
